Route Privacy Policy
Route is a fantasy football mock draft app focused on solo mocks, imported league context, shared draft rooms, and player research.
What Route Collects
- account identity data such as an Apple account identifier, display name, and email address when sign-in is enabled
- league import context from supported providers such as Sleeper and staged ESPN public-league reads, including league settings, team names, roster context, and normalized pick ownership where available
- mock draft history, saved draft sessions, shared room state, and user drafting preferences
- limited operational diagnostics used to improve reliability during Early Access
How Data Is Stored
- backend data is stored in PostgreSQL on Railway-hosted infrastructure
- session or authentication material on device is stored in the iOS Keychain when auth is active
- import snapshots and draft state may be cached to improve reliability, reopening behavior, and backend recovery
Third-Party Services
Route may rely on third-party services to power product features, including:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sleeper API
- staged ESPN public-league reads
- college football data providers used for player research
Google Sign-In is documented for a future release path but is not part of the current Early Access app surface.
Data Retention and Deletion
When signed in, users can delete their account from Settings and may choose:
- full deletion, which permanently removes account-linked Route data
- soft deletion, which retains recoverable account data for up to 30 days before permanent removal
Some operational logs and provider import records may be retained briefly for security, abuse prevention, and service recovery.
Tracking and Data Sales
Route does not sell personal data. Route is not built around ad tracking, and the Early Access release is focused on product functionality rather than advertising.
